While surfing through the web one of the Recognise staff stumbled on Nutrition Rocks and felt compelled to share it with everyone. Once actually going through the site myself, I understood why, this is a place where people who really want to live a healthier lifestyle and believe in the notion 'If you look good, you feel good' would really appreciate.

Sorry to burst your bubble but no.. Sainsbury's will not be launching high street fashion stores next to H&M while that may be a weird move from the grocery giant, a flamenco-style dress inspired by the popular TV show Strictly Come Dancing has been created with only reused Sainsbury's carrier bags.

This Just Looks Cool !


Yuriy Dmtriev, a Russian design student looks like he has designed the solution to many of our food storage problems with what he calls the 'Big Robot Refrigerator'. This convenient refrigerator uses biopolumer to cool groceries through luminescence, is odourless and non-sticky. Items are suspended in little pods for easy access, all you got to do is stick your hand in and grab the item of your choice, which you'll be able to clearly see as the gel is transparent..

NATIONAL VEGETERIAN WEEK.

To celebrate National Vegetarian Week May 24 – 29th, 'Tibits' boutique vegetarian restaurant in London’s Heddon Street challenges you to be a vegetarian for the duration of Vegetarian Week.


Recognise's Editor Cleo is taking part in this mission and Tibits will deliver her 3 meals a day - Monday to Friday and on the final day they've invited Cleo to Tibits in Heddon Street to enjoy her final meal of the challenge in the ambience of this very stylish restaurant in Central London.
