On the UK's first ever Kindness Day, a special 'Pause for Kindness' will take place at 1pm on November 13th to inaugurate this annual day that starts this year.

Kindness has been lagging or too silent in the UK, this year the Singapore Kindness Movement is giving away thousands and thousands of daisies and flower balloons to signify World Kindness Day”. says humanitarian and co-founder David Jamilly.

“We need to start somewhere, and we need to start now, our intention is that the UK sets the standard for kindness around the world”.
says activist, humanitarian and co-founder Louise Burfitt-Dons.

Kindness Day UK is a non-monetary, humanitarian organisation with the sole purpose of making kindness a greater part of everyone’s daily life. David and Louise are lobbying the United Nations to recognise World Kindness Day as an official national day and lend its weight to a day of celebrating kindness and good deeds.
